The day before, we had carried out a Caesarean section to a young mother and we could help bear two healthy babies. But 8 hours after the section, it went wrong, a blood clot caused a pulmonary embolism, the mother did not make it...

It has given me a strange feeling today, giving the little children bottle feeding while their mother has been buried.
