Quelques nouvelles de Lubumbashi

Ici tout va bien.

Nous avons retrouvé nos marques ainsi que toute l'équipe du CMC et du centre Woté Pamoja.

Le travail ne manque pas.

Les enfants sont contents des nounours en peluche que nous avons apportés. Ils en reçoivent un avant l'intervention pendant que l'on fait "tremper les pieds" pour préparer la peau avant l'opération.

Mission d'orthopédie à Lubumbashi

Hier soir nous embarquions à Zaventem à destination de Lubumbashi.

Nous sommes bien arrivés ce lundi à 13h00 heure locale et avons directement pris la direction de l'hôpital.

Pendant que Greta et Ginette commençaient leurs consultations, nous avons procédé au tri des instruments et des colis.

Background & Information

The doctors of the CMC in Lubumbashi eagerly come to watch the operations which are carried out by this team. It is of course not every day that they can get additional knowledge from a professor (Pr. Greta) who is specialised in foot pathology. After the mission, many children and young adults will be happy that they can walk again.
