All doctors and nursing staff go on missions for free during their holidays.
At the office as well, most of the administrative responsibilities are done by volunteers.
This reduces the general administration cost and enables us to give more in medical support to Africa. However, without the support of our 22,000 sympathisers we would not be able to carry out any operations though! Do you want to help as well?
